VCIFORCE FILM Stretch is a co-extrusion VCI film (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitors) volatile corrosion inhibitor that combines the effective active anti-corrosion principle with specific properties of the extensible film for metal hardware fixings, in particular steel rolls, bars and tubes.

Product description
VCIFORCE film stretch is made by inserting the active principle VCI into the molten mass during the film extrusion phase. Subsequently VCI is able to sublimate from plastic by guaranteeing corrosion protection of packed metal parts. The extensible film is available for manual and automatic use.
Technical data
Normally 1 m2 of film can protect up to 8/10 m2 of metal surface. Clearly the more the piece to be packed is close to the VCI, the better the effectiveness of the anti-corrosion protection
Recommended Applications
Recommended for preservation and corrosion protection of ferrous and non ferrous metals including steel, iron, cast iron. Ideal for:
• Packaging of galvanized sheets and coils
• Packaging of pipes and profiles
• Packaging of copper and aluminum sheets
• Winding of metal bodies, motors, turbines, heavy equipment
• Packaging of castings, castings, sheet metal
Proper storage mode
Keep in a cool and dry place, protected from sunlight and in closed packaging, even during partial use (overnight, weekends and holidays). Storage life of at least 24 months.
Attention: always wash your hands well after handling the product and before eating!
