• MB VCIFORCEBIO (Bio Volatile Corrosion Inhibitors = volatile anticorrosive inhibitors).
Its components are included in the FDA CFR 21 list approved for contact with food.
It has a characteristic green tonality that identifies our new line of products with low environmental impact combining the use of recycled polymers with environmentally friendly anticorrosion.
These films offer a high level of corrosion protection along with an excellent barrier effect. They are available in various thicknesses, dimensions and sizes and are suitable for both the packaging of machinery and mechanical parts.

Product description
VCIFORCE GREENPLUS is made by inserting the active ingredient VCI into the melt during the film extrusion phase. Subsequently the VCI is able to sublimate from the plastic guaranteeing the corrosion protection of the packaged metal parts. It is available in various king of packaging such as flat films, sheets, envelopes, headphones, tubulars, single folds, and soft bags. Possibility of customizing and printing special logos.
Recommended Applications
Recommended for the preservation and corrosion protection of ferrous and non-ferrous metals including steel, iron, cast iron. At the request of the customer, the film in production can be treated with anti-UV additives.
Proper Storage
Keep in a cool and dry place, away from sunlight and in the closed package, even during partial use (during the night, weekends and holidays). Duration of storage at least 24 months. Always wash your hands thoroughly after handling the product and before eating!
